I'm Alexa Bishop, your go-to business operations consultant.
Who I Am
I grew up in Gainesville, FL (Go Gators!) and attended Cornell University for Chemical Engineering. After a few years working as an Engineer I decided to change it up and work on Broadway as a Company Manager. I worked on Broadway for 9 years before deciding to change it up again and pursue my consulting business in Operations Management. Working as a consultant has allowed me the freedom and flexibility to work with interesting clients and different industries. I am based in New York but travel internationally often.
No matter the industry or the project, I love to come in and help make it more efficient and rewarding. I enjoy working with all kinds of people, especially those who value DEI work. I am someone who likes change and challenges so I’m excited to see how we can partner together.
